Using low impact, Pilates based training, each workout focuses on controlled movement, mindful tempo, and strong mind to muscle connection to lift the glutes, sculpt the arms and back, and improve posture and stability. Expect a high burn without joint stress. You’ll finish the week feeling strong, aligned, and ready for glute focused strength training.

About the Challenge

Pilates Reset Challenge is a 1 week intentional reset designed to reconnect you to your body while heavily targeting the glutes, deep core, and upper body. This challenge uses Pilates based, low impact training to activate, strengthen, and lift the glutes while sculpting the arms, shoulders, and back. Each workout emphasizes controlled movement, intentional tempo, and mind to muscle connection to improve posture, stability, and mobility. Expect high burn, low impact sessions that fire up your glutes, tone the upper body, and strengthen the core without stressing your joints. This challenge is the perfect foundation before heavier strength training, helping you restore balance, improve movement quality, and build strength with intention. You’ll finish the week feeling lifted, aligned, strong, and fully primed for glute focused strength training. Use this challenge anytime your body needs a reset! whether you’re coming off intense training, feeling low on energy, navigating your cycle, or simply craving more gentle, intentional movement. It’s designed to support recovery while still delivering results, helping you feel strong, aligned, and reconnected to your body. Equipment is optional but highly recommended: • short resistance band • ankle weights • light dumbbells

    Hey, I’m Maria — Women’s Fitness Coach, Integrative Nutrition and Hormone Health Coach, and founder of Best Shape by Maria (BSM). That’s when I developed my signature Strength x Pilates method, blending resistance-based training with controlled, mindful movement to sculpt strong glutes, define the upper body, and strengthen the core. I pair this with my 2-1 Method: two days of strength training followed by one Pilates session to promote glute growth, mobility, and recovery. Movement is only one piece of the puzzle. I also teach women how to fuel their bodies with whole, nutrient-dense foods that support hormone balance, energy, and long-term vitality — no gimmicks, no crash diets. My approach is about building strength from the inside out, empowering women to feel confident, capable, and deeply connected to their bodies. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through their own transformations, helping them sculpt strong physiques and build lasting confidence — not just in the gym, but in life. My mission is simple: to empower women to train smarter, fuel better, and move with intention so they can thrive in strong, balanced bodies they love.
