Skill Level: beginner Say hello to the Booty Sculpt program! A pilates style of movement with a beginner series of 4 weeks of exercises that are under 30 minutes each. This program is designed to target all the glute muscles in order to sculpt them up and define them. The movements also ensure that other muscle groups don't overcompensate whilst training and actually encourages better muscular balance, due to the unilateral movements that make up a huge portion of pilates. This program will help you find better balance in your fitness journey, strengthen your mind and body connection, all whilst learning new movements that can be taken into your strength training and other areas of your fitness routine. With a unique blend of mindful movement, glute-focused techniques, and core strengthening exercises - this program will empower you, test you like never before and ultimately leave you feeling accomplished. HOW TO USE THIS PROGRAM: ▫️ If you’re a beginner start with this program which will yield results and keep you consistent. ▫️ If you have been training with my other programs use this program for your de-load week, on vacation, or if you simply need to take it slow. I know that life can get in the way and this is why I made this program to help you stay consistent. 👉🏻 Remember, just because this program is a form of low intensity training, this does not mean it's at all easy. So be prepared to feel challenged but know that all the benefits are worth the hard work and dedication. 🤍 I’m so excited for you to experience all of the amazing benefits this program has to offer and really get to experience my unique style of training.

Hey, I’m Maria — Women’s Fitness Coach, Integrative Nutrition and Hormone Health Coach, and founder of Best Shape by Maria (BSM). I didn’t grow up playing sports and never saw myself as athletic — let alone someone who would turn fitness into a career. But 8 years ago, everything changed when I began my own journey. Through strength training, Pilates, and hormone-supportive nutrition, I discovered that real, lasting change doesn’t come from punishing your body — it comes from supporting it. That’s when I developed my signature Strength x Pilates method, blending resistance-based training with controlled, mindful movement to sculpt strong glutes, define the upper body, and strengthen the core. I pair this with my 2-1 Method: two days of strength training followed by one Pilates session to promote glute growth, mobility, and recovery. Movement is only one piece of the puzzle. I also teach women how to fuel their bodies with whole, nutrient-dense foods that support hormone balance, energy, and long-term vitality — no gimmicks, no crash diets. My approach is about building strength from the inside out, empowering women to feel confident, capable, and deeply connected to their bodies. Over the years, I’ve guided hundreds of women through their own transformations, helping them sculpt strong physiques and build lasting confidence — not just in the gym, but in life. My mission is simple: to empower women to train smarter, fuel better, and move with intention so they can thrive in strong, balanced bodies they love.
