This program is designed for busy women who want quick, effective workouts to sculpt their entire body — with a special focus on building and shaping the glutes. Each session is structured to maximize results in minimal time, combining strength, core, and mobility in a balanced way.

LEVEL UP YOUR TRAINING

You’ll train the lower body twice per week with challenging, glute-focused workouts that lift, round, and shape. The upper body is trained twice per week, each session finishing with a deep core series to strengthen your midsection and define your abs. To turn up the intensity, you’ll also get a bonus short and spicy core workout each week to sculpt and sharpen your core even more. This program is efficient, sustainable, and results-driven. You’ll progress by improving your form, dialing in your tempo, and gradually increasing the resistance you lift. In just 8 weeks, you’ll feel stronger, more toned, and more connected to your body.
  • 4 Day Split + 1 Core Session (glute targeted lower body, upper body, core)
  • Glute-Focused Programming: Target and activate your glutes with intention — no gym required
  • Progressive Overload Schedule Built-in
  • Upper Body + Abs Finishers (3 brutal exercises per day)
  • Walking Protocol (30-60 minutes per day, built in)
  • Intensity Techniques: supersets, tempo, mind to muscle connection
