You’ll train the lower body twice per week with challenging, glute-focused workouts that lift, round, and shape. The upper body is trained twice per week, each session finishing with a deep core series to strengthen your midsection and define your abs. To turn up the intensity, you’ll also get a bonus short and spicy core workout each week to sculpt and sharpen your core even more.
